USA Volleyball Nationals

Playing a high level of volleyball at the end of the season has a lot to do with managing highs and lows, says Mike Talamantes, whose Asics Mavs 16s girls’ team (Kansas) won the championship at Nationals in 2013.

As Talamantes explains, teams that go to Nationals are all talented, so you need to expect a lot of ups and downs. In other words: It ain’t gonna be easy, so play your best and let the rest take care of itself.
